Help in creating xsd file

Hello everybody,
I have following XML and i do want to create xsd file to BulkLoad data
into SQL SERVER table, so pls help me how can i create xsd file out of
following XML file...

<PDESC>FS2 - TAX MEETINGS GENERAL</PDESC>
