HELP

about a yr ago i got hi jacked by something that puts a
blue border around my screen and has gambling and porn
links and since then i cannot DOWNLOAD ANYTHING.. can

Download Spybot Search & Destroy. And by the way, this is a SQL group, not
a general Windows security group
