I'm getting this error which is ruining my life!! :(
"Service 'ReportServer' (ReportServer) failed to start. Verify that
you have
sufficient privileges to start system services."
Its on a win 2k3 box which is set up as a domain controller + with
active directory .. sql2k server is enterprise sp3a
I've downloaded hotfix 859, but no effect
I've tried selecting different users for the service during install
(NETWORK, SYSTEM, MYDOMAIN\ADMINISTRATOR) and none work ..
I've looked for a reportingservices<data>.log file but dont have it
This is on the production test machine .. it installed fine on the
development machine
I need to put it on this box to show the client what he's getting for
his $$$ ..
Google search has not shown any answers for this
Someone please help if you know anything
Regards,
KWIs your DTC service actually running?

It might say "started" in your services-list, but you might want to check it
out.
