Server 2003 SE SP1 5.2.3790
Sql Server 2000, SP 4, 8.00.2039
We fixed one issue, but it brought up another. the fix we applied
stopped the ServicesActive access failure, but now we have a failure
on MSSEARCH. The users this is affecting do NOT have admin rights on
the machine, they are SQL developers.
